What happens in the session
Measure first, then decide what to practise.
Most people arrive knowing they're stressed and not knowing what their body is doing about it. The session replaces that guesswork with numbers, and the numbers decide where you start.
Where it is sitting
How your system is holding up right now, and how much capacity it has to absorb pressure before it tips into overdrive or shutdown.
Cardiac rhythm and HRV
A look at your cardiac system and, where possible, a heart rate variability reading, one of the clearest windows into how well your body shifts between stress and recovery.
A range of assessments
Your respiratory patterns and a series of stress assessments, run together so no single number is read out of context.
Practices that suit you
What the results mean for which practices will help, the beginning of a roadmap, and a foundational practice you've already done once with me.
What you take away
A clear picture, and somewhere to start.
- An understanding of where your nervous system is at. Not a label, but what is going on and why you feel the way you do.
- Your capacity. How much your system can currently carry, and what that means for how hard to push.
- Your breathing and stress measures, and HRV where possible. Your own numbers, explained, and a baseline to measure any later change against.
- Simple tools to start with. A foundational practice you can put in place straight away, whatever you decide next.
- The beginning of a roadmap. The practices that suit your results and the order to take them in, if you want to go further.
If you go on to the program, the $330 comes off it.
This session is the natural first step into the Stress Breath Program. If you take up the program after your assessment, the full $330 is deducted from the program fee, so the assessment costs you nothing extra. If the session is all you need, that's the end of it, and nobody will chase you.

Honest answers
The questions people ask before booking.
How is this different from the free chat?
The free 25-minute chat is a conversation about whether and how I can help. This session is the assessment itself: the measurements are taken, explained, and turned into a starting point you can act on.
How long does it take?
Between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on how much there is to look at. Allow the full 90.
What does it cost?
$330. If you then take up the Stress Breath Program, the $330 is taken off the program fee.
Do I have to sign up for anything afterwards?
No. You leave with your results and tools either way. The roadmap is there if you want it.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is breathing and nervous system work, not a medical diagnosis. If anything in the assessment suggests you should see your GP, I'll tell you.
