Why both
One trains the response. The other restores the system.
They do different jobs, which is why doing both tends to move the numbers further than doing either twice as long. I usually run the breath work first, because an acutely activated system struggles to settle into meditation, then teach the meditation into the space that opens up. Occasionally it's the other way round; the first chat confirms the order.
- The breath work is targeted
- It goes at the specific mechanism: breathing pattern, CO₂ tolerance, recovery time after activation. It changes what happens to you under pressure, and it's the part that gets measured.
- The meditation is restorative
- Twenty minutes twice a day of rest deeper than sleep, and a different relationship to thought. It keeps giving the system somewhere to recover to, for years after the sessions finish.

Priced after your free chat
There isn't one figure because there isn't one version of this. The meditation can be taught in a group or one to one, the breath work can run to five sessions or more, and which combination you need is exactly what the first chat establishes.
Taken together it always costs less than buying the two programs separately. I'll show you both numbers on the call so you can see the difference rather than take my word for it. Payment plans are available.

If you follow the program, implement the steps, and the assessments don't show a reduction in your stress, I'll refund you. I can stand behind that because I measure it, for both of us to see. The guarantee applies to the Stress Breath Program and the Wellbeing Mentoring Program, where the work is measured from a baseline through to a re-assessment. It doesn't apply to a one-off private session or the group meditation course, because neither is measured that way.
In their words
People who did both halves.
★★★★★"I can honestly say I'm feeling like a new person. Feelings aren't always facts. It was pretty cool to see the data reflect the change."

★★★★★"I feel so much calmer. My breathing has improved significantly and I'm sleeping better."

★★★★★"I don't meditate to be good at meditation. I meditate to be good at life. My sleep and my ability to manage higher stress both improved noticeably."

Honest answers
The questions people ask about this one.
How long does the whole thing take?
The breath program runs weekly or fortnightly across five sessions, and the meditation course is four sessions plus a check-in. Most people are through in two to three months, though it flexes around your life.
Can I split it up and pay as I go?
You can buy the two programs separately at their own prices. Taken together they cost less. Payment plans are available either way.
What if I've already learned to meditate?
Then this probably isn't the right purchase and I'll tell you so. The Stress Breath Program on its own is usually what you want.
Is it all in person?
No. The breath sessions work fully online and the private meditation course is taught over Zoom. In person at Currumbin Valley is ideal for the meditation side, but not required.
Why does it start with a free chat?
Because the order matters and the baseline decides it. It also gives us the numbers the guarantee is later measured against.
Not sure where to start?
Don't guess. Have a free 25-minute chat first.
I value your time and my own. If you're unsure which option fits, or whether now is the right moment, it's worth finding out before either of us commits. There is nothing to buy on the call. You leave with your numbers and a recommended path, and sometimes the recommendation is none of the four.
