We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics. No cookies are set by this site beyond what your browser stores locally.
Email addresses collected via the subscribe form are added to our mailing list (managed through Mailchimp) and used only to send occasional, relevant updates about stress, the nervous system, and our sessions — at most once a month. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Our mailing list is managed by Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC). When you subscribe, your email address is stored on Mailchimp's servers in the United States. Mailchimp is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can review Mailchimp's privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing rich@theartofcalm.com.au. We will remove your address promptly. You can also request to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you — just email us.
We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
